Tohu Whenua Projects Ltd partners with iwi, hapū, whānau trusts, and Māori landowners to deliver culturally grounded, practical projects — from papakāinga and marae developments to whenua restoration.

 As a Senior Project Manager, I have gained 30 plus years of experience managing developments for private developers, government departments, various Iwi organisations to successfully deliver multiple projects.

Those projects provided me with the skills to navigate local council, district plans, building consents and the complexity of managing the process on Māori owned land.

Since reclaiming our Whenua back from a government department in 2023, I have been able to use these skills to take a collective Whānau vision and bring about its delivery. 

These are lessons learned and processes based on experience, that I am able to implement and pass onto similar projects.
